Two arrested and charged in connection with car thefts following frost-jacking incidents in Fife

Two men have been arrested and charged in connection with three car thefts following frost-jacking incidents in Fife.

Around 7.55am on Friday, 21 November, 2025, an Audi A3 was taken from outside a property in Glenrothes.

Later, around 8.30am, a black Hyundai i40 was stolen from Kinghorn, Burntisland.

The third vehicle, a blue BMW X3, was taken from Abbots Walk in Kirkcaldy around 8.50am.

All three vehicles have since been recovered.

The two men, aged 29 and 34, are due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Monday, 24 November, 2025.
