Cannabis seized in Alford

On Saturday, 7 June, 2025, officers acting under warrant searched two addresses in Alford, Aberdeenshire and recovered a quantity of cannabis. 

​The drugs have an estimated street value of £3,000.
 
A 20-year-old man was charged in connection with the recovery and is subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
Sergeant Michael Christiansen of Marr Community Policing Team said: “Operations such as this highlight our determination to protect the public from criminal activity. Information from the public is absolutely crucial to our work and we would ask anyone with knowledge or concerns about drug activity in their area to contact us.”
