Second man arrested and charged in connection with attempted murder in Glasgow

A second man has been arrested and charged in connection with attempted murder in Glasgow.

Around 6.55pm on Monday, 23 June, 2025, we received a report of a disturbance involving three vehicles and a pedestrian on Ashgill Road, Glasgow.

The pedestrian, a 22-year-old man, was struck by a car and taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.

The 26-year-old man is due to appeal at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, 3 July, 2025.

An 18-year-old man was also arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 2 July, 2025.
