Death of man – Broxburn

Around 1.15am on Friday, 4 July, 2025, police received a report of a disturbance at a property on McCann Avenue, Broxburn.

Emergency services attended and three men, aged 18, 25 and 28 were taken to The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.

 On Sunday, 6 July 2025, Adam Nevin (18) died within hospital. 

His family is aware.

  The other two men, aged 25 and 28 years, have been arrested and charged in connection with the death. They are due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday, 7 July, 2025.

  A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
