Two people arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences in Dundee

Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with drugs offences following a recovery in Dundee.

Around 8.30am on Monday, 24 February, 2025, officers acting under warrant searched a property on Donald’s Lane in the Lochee area and recovered cocaine with an estimated street value of approximately £16,000 and herbal cannabis worth around £200. A quantity of cash was also recovered. 

A man, aged 30, and a woman, aged 24, have been arrested and charged in connection with the recovery. They have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal. 

Constable Matty Alexander said: “We are determined to drive illegal drugs from our communities and will use every available tool to do so. I would encourage anyone with information about any criminal activity in their area to get in touch. You can be assured we will act on it.”
