Drugs valued at £100,000 recovered from Cardonald, Glasgow

Officers in Glasgow have seized controlled drugs worth around £100,000.

On Saturday, 8 February 2025, officers acting on intelligence searched a property in Tarfside Oval, Cardonald, recovering cannabis with a street value in the region of £100,000.

A 41-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with this recovery. He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, 10 February, 2025.

​Inspector Kaeren Muir said: "We are determined to protect the public from harmful criminality by disrupting sale of illegal substances and preventing them from being circulated on the streets of our community.
