Investment and insurance broker in Dumfries arrested in connection with fraud and embezzlement

A 69-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with fraud and embezzlement in the Dumfries area while acting as an investment and insurance broker.

He is due to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court at a later date.
