Man charged following suspicious activity in Troon

A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a report of inappropriate behaviour in Troon.

The incident took place on a path between Annick Place and North Drive in Troon around 8pm on Wednesday, 18 September.

The man is expected to appear at Ayr Sheriff Court on Friday, 20 September.

Sergeant Fraser Chisholm, from Troon Police Station, said: “We would like to thank the local community for their assistance with our enquiries.”
