A man has been charged in connection with the death of a man in Lanarkshire

Following the death of 38-year-old, David Graham, from Cambuslang, officers have arrested and charged a 29-year-old man in connection with his death.

Around 7.35pm, on Sunday, 6 October, 2024, Mr Graham was walking in General’s Gate when he was attacked. He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow but was pronounced dead on arrival.

The man is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday, 10 October, 2024.
