Two men arrested for housebreakings in Edinburgh

Officers have arrested two men, aged 25, following an investigation into three housebreakings in Edinburgh.

Properties in the Duddingston and Craigintinney areas were broken into between 25 and 26 of May, 2024. Several items were stolen from the properties, which included a high value Rolex watch.

Following inquiries, officers recovered the Rolex watch and will return it to its owner, a US tourist who is on holiday in Scotland.

Both men are due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday, 30 May, 2024.
