Appeal following thefts in Blairgowrie

 

Detectives in Tayside are carrying out enquiries and appealing for information following two thefts by housebreaking in the Blairgowrie area.

Between midnight and 10am on Tuesday, 16 July, 2024, a property in Auchmore Drive was broken into and a Cube Action Team 160 electric mountain bike was stolen. It is described as blue and orange in colour.

Around the same time, a property in Littleblair Drive was also broken into and an orange Trek electric mountain bike and a green Trek mountain bike were also stolen.

Detective Constable David Winton said: “Anyone with any information is asked to get in touch regarding the incidents.

“Think back, did you see anyone unusual in the area around the time or any suspicious vehicles?

“Anyone with CCTV, doorbell or dashcam in these areas is asked to check is for around the time of the thefts and contact us with anything relevant.”

Contact police on 101, quoting incident 1122 of Tuesday, 16 July, 2024 for Auchmore Drive, and 2280 of Tuesday, 16 July, 2024, for Littleblair Drive.
