Cocaine and MDMA recovered after search of property in Bridge of Earn

A 22-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a drugs recovery following a search of a property in Bridge of Earn, Perthshire on Friday 29 November 2024.

At the house on Ptak Way, officers recovered cocaine and MDMA with an estimated street value of £28,000.

The 22-year-old man was due to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, 2 December, 2024.

Inspector Kris McCall, from Perth Police Station, said, "This seizure demonstrates our ongoing commitment to removing illegal drugs from the streets of Perthshire.

"Information from the public is vital and I would urge anyone who has information or concerns about drugs in their community to contact Police Scotland on 101. Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained."
