Three arrested and charged after man fell from block of flats in Dundee in January

Officers have arrested and charged a 38-year-old woman with culpable homicide after a 36-year-old man fell from a block of flats on Morgan Street, Dundee on Wednesday, 10 January. He died a week later in hospital.

A 50-year-old man and 41-year-old woman have also been arrested and charged with abduction and extortion following the incident.

They will all be appearing in Dundee Sheriff Court on Thursday, 4 April, 2024. A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
