Statement in relation to complaints regarding Scottish Parliament speech in June 2020

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We have received a number of complaints in relation to a speech in the Scottish Parliament on 10 June, 2020.

“Earlier complaints regarding this matter were assessed at the time and it was established no crime was committed and no further action was required.”
