Cannabis cultivation discovered in Fraserburgh

​A man has been charged in connection with the recovery of a cannabis cultivation in Fraserburgh.

Officers made the discovery within a building at Shore Street on Wednesday, 17 April, 2024. A large number of plants were seized from the property and enquiries are ongoing to confirm the total value of the recovery.

A 39-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with drug offences. He is due to appear before Peterhead Sheriff Court on Friday, 19 April, 2024, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
