Man charged in connection with sexual assault in Irvine

A 19-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a sexual assault in Irvine.

The incident took place around 1.15pm on Wednesday, 16 March, 2022, in the Irvine Moor area.

He is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court today (Wednesday, 23 March).
