The mailbox will now be monitored between the following hours:
- Mon-Fri: 0800-1600
- Sat & Sun: 0730-1130
If you have an urgent data request in relation to Operation Talla, it will only be actioned during these hours. All requests must come via the Operation Talla team.
Helpdesk requests that directly affect the operational environment will be prioritised. Everything else will only be progressed if resources permit.
