The world we live in is changing, rapidly, and on a daily basis. The way we live our lives is evolving in a fashion we could never have imagined, and in ways out with our individual control. We are being asked to take drastic measures to protect our family, friends, colleagues and communities. Such intense change can create a heightened sense of anxiety and uncertainty – a response which is completely normal.
More than ever, it is crucial that, in playing a critical role keeping the people of Scotland safe, our people must also prioritise their own wellbeing. This resource has been developed to ensure our people have access to relevant wellbeing support, guidance and information, in one place. Support services and resources have been categorised to align to Psychological, Physical, Financial and Social themes to ensure you can get access to the support you need. This will be updated regularly and will respond to recurring themes and trends.
