Cement mixer stolen in Kirkcudbright

Officers in Kirkcudbright are investigating the theft of a cement mixer from the driveway of a house in Great Cross Road in the town.

The theft happened sometime overnight between Sunday 11th and Monday 12th February. The mixer is a Belle make, orange in colour and is valued at around £500.

Sergeant Julie McKie said, "We are interested in tracing a black coloured van which was seen at the driveway of the house at around 6.30am on Monday morning. Anyone who can help identify the van or the occupants is asked to call us on the 101 number quoting reference PDG 0032350218."
