All three forms must be submitted together and the email header should clearly identify the Command Area you reside. Incomplete submissions will not be progressed and will be returned to you.

When submitting your application form by email please indicate in the subject field of your email the Command Area that you live in e.g. Police application - North Command/West Command/Out With Scotland, or alternatively you can *send your completed forms to:

Please do not submit a hard copy application if you have already submitted the application electronically and vice versa.
