Due to the high volume of applications already received and to enable recruitment activities to focus on our projected demand levels over the coming months, with effect from 10 July 2017 the following divisions will temporarily not be available for selection by new applicants: G, Q, K, U and L (West Dunbartonshire only). All four forms must be submitted together. Incomplete submissions will not be progressed and will be returned to you.
When submitting your form by email please indicate in the subject field of your email the Command Area that you live in e.g. Police application - North Command/East Command/West Command/Out With Scotland.

Please do not submit a hard copy application if you have already submitted the application electronically and vice versa.
Please note that a new version of the application form was launched in October 2015. The new application form can be found in the related documents below. Please ensure you submit this version. This will be the only application form we will process after 1st April 2016.
